I only wear Ecco. These run just a tad narrower than the Seawalker model. They have the same footbed as the Seawalker and as such run about a 1/2 size small than compared to the Fusion Moc Toe model. Overall very well made. I think the Seawalker is a little more comfortable, but I will keep them as they look a little bit more stylish.

I purchased these shoes to use for traveling, where one pair of shoes (which is all I bring) needs to be comfortable, sturdy enough for up to 15 miles of walking a day and still look good while in a museum, church or out on the town. A tall order. While probably not perfect, these come very close. I bought them to replace my most recent pair of Ecco SeaWalkers. The SeaWalkers (I have owned two pairs) have served the same purpose, and very nicely. The inly trouble with them (and one can immediately make this prediction when they first see a pair) is that the stitching on the moccasin toe is prone to wear, and eventually blows out. The Dasons are not designed that way, which is one of the reasons I choose them instead. Another reviewer felt that these ran narrower that the SeaWalkers, which also pushed me in this direction. I have C width feet, so that would have been nice. In my case, however, I found that the Dasons ran wider than the SeaWalkers. Not so wide as be unusable, but from this limited sample, it looks like they actually run pretty close to a D width. Size wise they were right on. I always feel comfortable ordering the same size for all my Eccos, and only once have I found a pair that I had to exchange for a different size. I cannot really evaluate the arch support, as I never find stock insoles to be adequate. I replaced them right away with a pair of Spenco Polysorb Cross Trainer insoles. Now that I have worn them for about a month, it looks like these will be a winner (although the true test comes at our next travel trip. Last year I did this with a lessor shoe, and when I cam home I promptly donated them to the local thrift shop!).
